Burma VJ (Reporting from a Closed Country) is a 2009 documentary film directed by Anders Østergaard. It’s mainly about September 2007 uprisings against the military regime in Burma. It was filmed entirely on personal video recording cameras, and the footage is smuggled out of the country.
It’s the Oscar 2010 Academy Award Nominee for Best Documentary Feature and won so many awards from around the world.
